Delivery time

We ship all items purchased in the webshop on the same day when ordering before noon. 15:00

Delivery time is 1 - 2 business days in Denmark and 2 - 3 to almost all other countries

Delivery with shipping men

If you have delivered a piece of furniture with a carrier, we will notify you the day before the carrier arrives. If the carrier has the opportunity to place the shipment such as carport, or in our own driveway, please let us know. All shipments are delivered to curbs. If the delivery day cannot be observed for a variety of reasons, or otherwise goes wrong during the delivery - contact the freight and design garage with a new delivery day.

Delivery with the freight man comes in most cases the day after ordering and otherwise up to 3 business days.

Delivery to countries other than Europe - provided with the conditions DAP - you therefore provide customs and taxes yourself.

Prices

All prices on our webshop include Danish 25% VAT. If you choose to get send to a country outside Europe, you do not pay Danish VAT, but instead we will send your goods to customs clearance.

All prices on the webshop are an indicative price until you have chosen the right materials, you will be informed immediately what the price of each item is.

No credit card fee is charged.

Reservations are made for price errors.

Payment with Dankort

All prices on our webshop include Danish VAT of 25%. You can pay with Dankort, VisaDankort, Visaelektron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, MobilePay, Anday, ApplePay.

Payment by installment or invoice via Klarna or Anday

Klarna:

In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may want to transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you are qualified for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own data protection message.

Security on payment

This page describes the payment security at Designgaragen.dk.

Payment online: You can pay at Designgaragen.dk with Danish issued Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, or Public EAN number.

When you pay by card, we will only raise the amount in your account when your goods are shipped from us. You will receive a receipt for the payment along with your goods.

You do not run any risk by using your Dankort or other forms of payment at Designgaragen.dk, as we use a so-called SSL connection to ensure that there are no others who "listen" when your card number or other data is transferred online. The credit card information is communicated via Designgaragen.dk to Nets on a secure and encrypted SSL connection-we do not see your card information and will never see them as this part of the transaction is handled by a certified payment provider.

Cancellation right

Designgaragen.dk provides 30 days right of withdrawal, applicable from the day you receive the item. If you cancel the purchase, Designgaragen.dk must be notified within 30 days of the day you got the item in hand. You have a duty to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it has been received, which is also applicable to it Packaging and info signs, there is on the item. Any return of an item is recommended to be made via the shipping supplier who has delivered the item and takes place via our return system at Designgaragen.dk for a faster treatment and return of the purchase price.

It is not possible to return large furniture delivered outside Denmark's borders, for example furniture delivered on pallets. If the furniture is damaged, however, we will make a exchange. Remember to take pictures of the product before opening it.

Return

How long the return deadline do I have?

If you have regretted your purchase, you can return the item up to 30 days from receipt.

You can return the item/goods if:

  • Products not used
  • Products are returned in the same condition as when you received them. Ie Screws, manuals, plastic packaging etc.
  • Products must be returned on the same if as delivered (please do not use original packaging to send back in)
  • Are you unsure if you want to keep products that require assembly/installation, you must decide if you wish to return before the product is assembled/installed

Original packaging can form a significant part of the value of the product. Therefore, always remember to return the item in the original packaging. We do not recommend that you only use the original packaging as a return packaging, but that the package is further packaged in an outer packaging, as damage to the original packaging can result in impairment of the item.

Return from Sweden: 57,- DKK
Return from Germany: 57,- DKK
Return from other EU countries if we support the country DKK 80,- DKK. (Contact us on this)

Unclaimed packages from post offices are automatically charged a return fee. Unclaimed packages from abroad and countries other than Denmark are charged a return fee at the same amount as the shipment.

How do I return the item?

In order for you to return the item, first find out how it is delivered to you. Is the item delivered on a pallet, or is it delivered with GLS/PostNord as a mail package?

If you want to show up yourself and it is not a carrier, just contact us first to make sure we are not in another warehouse and you will drive in vain.

Refund
Your return is automatically processed within approx. 1 - 5 business days from arrival. Your money will be returned to the means of payment has used in the past.

Contact right

You have 2 years of warranty. For goods purchased at Designgaragen.dk, the right of complaint applies from receipt of the item. It is expected that you as a customer will follow the enclosed instructions or seek instructions on product care from the brand's own website, which guides the proper use and maintenance of the product. If a product is breached in relation to the instructions, it will be perceived as erroneous use or other damaging behavior and therefore the item will not be covered by the right of complaint.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you advertise within 14 days after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

Personal Data Policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, Address, tel. and email address. We will register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The personal data is registered with DesignGaragen ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. The data controller at www.designgaragen.dk is DesignGaragen ApS.

As registered with DesignGaragen ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and in connection with this is addressed: webshop@designgaragen.dk

Complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact webshop@designgaragen.dk. If we fail to find a solution, you can file a complaint with relevant boards in the field if the conditions for this are fulfilled.
