 Delivery and Shipment

We ship all items purchased in the webshop on the same day when ordering before noon. 16.00.

We use GLS, PostNord, DHL, UPS and Furniture Transport.

The delivery time is 1 - 3 business days - to almost all countries.

Delivery with shipping men

If you have delivered a piece of furniture with a carrier, we will notify you the day before the carrier arrives. If the carrier has the opportunity to place the shipment such as carport, or in our own driveway, please let us know. All shipments are delivered to curbs. If the delivery day cannot be observed for a variety of reasons, or otherwise goes wrong during the delivery - contact the freight and design garage with a new delivery day.

Delivery with the freight man comes in most cases the day after ordering and otherwise up to 3 business days.

Delivery to countries other than Europe - provided with the conditions DAP - you therefore provide customs and taxes yourself.


All prices on our webshop include Danish 25% VAT. If you choose to get send to a country outside Europe, you do not pay Danish VAT, but instead we will send your goods to customs clearance.

All prices on the webshop are an indicative price until you have chosen the right materials, you will be informed immediately what the price of each item is.

No credit card fee is charged.

Reservations are made for price errors.


All prices on our webshop include Danish VAT of 25%. You can pay with Dankort, VisaDankort, Visaelektron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, MobilePay, Anday, ApplePay.

Payment by installment or invoice via Klarna or Anday


In order to offer Klarna's payment methods, we may want to transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order information to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you are qualified for their payment methods and to tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own data protection message.


With Anyday you can share your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered and the remaining amount is paid off over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday you get an account that you can use with all webshops that offer payment through Anday. Read Terms of Anday here:

EAN ordering

We receive EAN orders from public institutions. To use EAN ordering, put your goods in the basket and in the box you simply select EAN number payment.

Payment online: You can pay at with Danish issued Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, or Public EAN number.

When you pay by card, we will only raise the amount in your account when your goods are shipped from us. You will receive a receipt for the payment along with your goods.

You do not run any risk by using your Dankort or other forms of payment at, as we use a so-called SSL connection to ensure that there are no others who "listen" with when your card number or other data is transferred online . The credit card information is communicated via to Nets on a secure and encrypted SSL connection-we do not see your card information and will never see them as this part of the transaction is handled by a certified payment provider.

Cancellation right provides 30 days right of withdrawal, applicable from the day you receive the item. If you cancel the purchase, must be notified within 30 days of the day you got the item in hand. Name, Address, tel. and email address. We will register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The personal data is registered with DesignGaragen ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. The data controller at is DesignGaragen ApS.
