Danish designer Verner Panton (1926-1998), was a leading and significant part of Danish furniture design's absolute heyday. Panton had close relationships with both Arne Jacobsen, Hans J. Wegner and Poul Henningsen, whose expression and design language, as you know, are known and loved by people all over the world. Despite Verner Panton, part of Danish furniture design was important in the middle of the century, his expression and design philosophy were far from the simple, his Danish and Scandinavian colleagues practiced.

His expression was provocative, the games, futuristic but also full of personality. The passion for exploring the possibilities of unconventional material types and flashy colors was an essential part of the DNA by many of his sculptural works.
